At Mini Joy, we create thoughtfully designed 3D-printed products with care and attention to detail.
Please review the following information to understand the characteristics, intended uses, and limitations of our products.
1. 3D-Printed Product Characteristics
Most Mini Joy products are created using additive manufacturing technology.
Minor layer lines, small surface variations, and subtle colour differences are normal characteristics of this manufacturing process.
These characteristics are not automatically defects where the product otherwise matches its description and expected quality.
2. Material & Heat Sensitivity
Many of our products are manufactured using PLA plastic or other materials identified on the product page.
PLA can soften or deform when exposed to elevated temperatures, sometimes around 50–60°C depending on the material and manufacturing conditions.
Keep PLA products away from open flames, heated appliances, and prolonged exposure to high temperatures, including inside parked vehicles.
3. Decorative Products & Figurines
Statues, decorative figurines, and display pieces are intended primarily for decorative use unless otherwise specified.
Some products may contain delicate features that can break when dropped, bent, or subjected to excessive force.
4. Keychains, Fidgets & Small Parts
Some keychains, fidgets, clickers, and other accessories contain small or movable components.
Such components can present choking or injury risks if detached or misused.
Products must not be treated as suitable for young children unless their specific age suitability and safety information expressly indicate this.
Not every decorative or novelty item is a certified children’s toy.
5. Lamps & Battery-Powered Products
Mini Joy may offer decorative LED lamps, projection lamps, and other battery-powered products.
Customers should:
- Use only the battery type and power source specified for the product.
- Follow all supplied installation and operating instructions.
- Avoid exposure to water, excessive heat, or open flames.
- Stop using the product if excessive heating, smoke, unusual smells, or electrical damage occurs.
- Keep batteries and small electrical components away from young children.
- Never leave a product operating contrary to its supplied safety instructions.
Only products specifically identified as suitable for a particular electrical application should be used for that purpose.
6. Hand-Painted & Hand-Finished Products
Certain products may be hand-painted or hand-finished. Minor differences in brushwork, shading, and appearance can occur.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, painted and decorative products should not be assumed to be waterproof, dishwasher-safe, or suitable for contact with food.
7. Product Photography
We aim to represent products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different because of lighting, display settings, and manufacturing variations.
Product dimensions and important specifications will be described on the relevant product page.
8. Product Care
For most decorative PLA products, gentle cleaning with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth is recommended.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, excessive force, high heat, and chemical solvents unless the individual product instructions allow their use.
9. Customer Rights
This disclaimer does not exclude or limit any legal obligation, consumer right, or remedy relating to defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied products.
